Bundravo Customer Terms

Effective date: October 18, 2026

BUNDRAVO CORP. · English agreement

1. The marketplace and the parties

Bundravo is a technology platform operated by BUNDRAVO CORP., a New York corporation. We connect customers with independent laundry service providers, referred to in the app as drivers or Laundry Pros, and provide order management, communications, payment coordination, and support. Bundravo earns a disclosed commission from the service provider.

The provider identified in an accepted order is responsible for performing the laundry and delivery services. These Terms govern your relationship with Bundravo; the accepted order also records your service arrangement with the provider. A public laundromat used by a provider is not a Bundravo partner merely because the provider uses its facilities. Bundravo remains responsible for its own acts, omissions, and obligations under applicable law.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and order acceptance

You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement, provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and be authorized to submit the items and use the payment method provided. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that a provider will accept it. The order shows the services, estimated price or calculation method, provider information when assigned, expected timing, and applicable cancellation terms. Pickup windows and replacement acceptance times are estimates unless an express guarantee is stated. You do not owe a service charge for work that was not performed, except for a separately disclosed, authorized charge permitted by law.

3. Choosing or replacing a provider

Before the laundry is collected, you may request a different driver. Before you confirm, the app explains that your current driver will be removed, the order will become available for a different driver to accept, and there is no guaranteed acceptance time. The removed driver is excluded from accepting that order again. Replacement alone does not change the order's price or authorize a new charge.

After collection, contact Support to arrange any cancellation, return, or documented transfer of custody; the order cannot simply be returned to the marketplace while the clothes remain with a provider. You may not use provider selection or replacement to engage in unlawful discrimination.

4. Prices, weight verification, and payment

Review the estimated service price, delivery charges, add-ons, taxes, and any platform fees before placing an order. Tips are optional and are not included in Bundravo's commission. Customer-entered weight is an estimate. The provider documents the confirmed weight and any resulting price difference.

Any automatic approval of a weight-based increase requires your separate, express authorization of the disclosed monetary limit and three-minute response period. The period begins only after delivery of the notification is established through the agreed method. Silence may authorize an increase only within that accepted limit and where permitted by law. An increase exceeding the limit, or otherwise requiring express approval, must await that approval. Washing must not begin while a required approval is pending. If you reject the revised price, the disclosed return or cancellation terms apply.

You authorize collection of the charges you approve through Bundravo's payment provider. A temporary authorization and an actual charge are different transactions; the applicable payment flow is disclosed at checkout. Payment through the authorized flow satisfies your obligation for that amount; a provider may not demand duplicate payment because of a dispute with Bundravo. An authorization to collect payment does not authorize settlement of a claim or waiver of your rights.

5. Preparing laundry and custody

Provide accurate addresses, access instructions, and service preferences. Use suitable, closed bags; separate orders; empty pockets; and remove valuables, identification, medication, electronics, sharps, hazardous substances, and other prohibited items. Disclose delicate fabrics, known damage, and care-label instructions. Dry cleaning, ironing, or specialty treatment is included only when expressly offered and accepted. Stain removal and correction of pre-existing damage are not guaranteed. Unsafe or unsupported instructions must be clarified before treatment.

The provider assumes custody when the laundry is actually collected and must exercise reasonable care during transport, washing, drying, folding, storage, and documented return. Unattended pickup or delivery requires your express instructions. Photos, timestamps, location records, bag counts, and verification codes assist an investigation but are not conclusive proof of every item's condition or receipt. An unattended handoff does not excuse a party's negligence or override non-waivable rights.

6. Safety, conduct, and platform action

Customers and providers must not threaten, harass, discriminate unlawfully, commit fraud, misuse personal information, or engage in unsafe or illegal conduct. A provider may withdraw from a pickup in good faith because the area, access, or conduct appears unsafe, including after arrival and before collection. Such an unsafe-area pickup cancellation does not count toward the provider's cancellation rate. A safety withdrawal does not authorize abandonment of clothes already in custody.

Bundravo may investigate reports and issue a warning, temporarily restrict access, or terminate platform access as appropriate. We provide an opportunity to submit information and request review, subject to urgent safety needs, privacy, and applicable law. A report alone does not establish wrongdoing. We do not penalize a good-faith complaint or safety decision.

7. Loss, damage, insurance, and claims

Protection for eligible loss of or damage to laundry is governed by the insurance policy and coverage summary applicable to the order. Coverage depends on the insured persons, activities, territory, coverage period, limits, exclusions, valuation rules, and any disclosed deductible. The applicable policy controls; these Terms, a summary, or a certificate of insurance cannot create or expand coverage. Laundry protection does not itself provide motor-vehicle coverage or personal-injury coverage for a driver.

Contact Support promptly about missing or damaged items, preferably within 48 hours of delivery for apparent issues and promptly after discovery for hidden damage. A delay alone does not automatically forfeit a claim or shorten a statutory deadline. Keep the items and available evidence, and provide the order number, description, and reasonable proof of loss or value. A purchase receipt is helpful but is not the only possible evidence. Bundravo coordinates the claim with the authorized claims handler. The insurer determines insurance coverage under its policy and applicable law.

An insurance decision does not erase the liability of a party responsible for its own conduct or permit indefinite withholding of a refund otherwise owed. There is no double recovery for the same loss. Any insurer's subrogation rights remain subject to the policy and law. No person may settle or waive another party's rights without authority.

8. Cancellations, refunds, and responsibility

The Refund Policy and the terms disclosed for the order explain cancellation charges and available remedies. Contact Support after collection. A refund that is legally required or agreed to be paid to the original payment method will not be replaced with platform credit without your agreement or a lawful basis.

Each party is responsible for its own conduct and obligations. Use of the platform does not automatically make Bundravo liable for every act of another user. It also does not waive a claim arising from Bundravo's own negligence or other responsibility imposed by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not impose a blanket waiver of injury claims or a contractual monetary liability cap.

9. Messages, calls, records, and privacy

Authorized Support personnel may review order messages and relevant evidence to handle service, safety, payment, or legal issues under the Privacy Policy. Calls may be recorded only through the platform's notice and consent process and as permitted by law. A signup checkbox alone is not a substitute for any call-specific notice or consent required by law. If recording consent is refused or withdrawn, use order messages or Support instead.

The normal archive period for detailed order events, chats, call records, recordings, and associated attachments is 14 days after completion or cancellation. Basic order and invoice records, account-consent records, and information that must lawfully be retained are handled separately under the Privacy Policy. The archive period does not shorten legal rights or claim deadlines.

A police report may support an investigation but does not automatically entitle either party to another person's private data. Disclosure requires an appropriate lawful basis, identity and request verification, and the minimum information reasonably necessary. Lawful disclosures may include compliance with valid legal process or responding to an emergency; they are not limited in every circumstance to a court order.

10. Changes, disputes, and electronic acceptance

We identify material changes and obtain renewed acceptance where required for future use. An accepted order's price and terms are not changed retroactively without a lawful basis and any required agreement. The version and time of your electronic acceptance are recorded, and you can access the applicable documents. Privacy notices describe processing; optional marketing, payment changes, or recording consents remain separate when required.

Contact Support through the app or bundravo.com for assistance or a human review. You retain the right to contact regulators and courts with jurisdiction. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an unlawful choice of forum. Non-waivable local law prevails. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
