Bundravo Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bundravo handles information when you use our laundry pickup and delivery services, social features, support tools, and related account features.

1. Introduction

Bundravo provides laundry pickup and delivery services along with social and community features such as public profiles, reels, posts, comments, reactions, followers, messages, notifications, and support tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you may have when using Bundravo.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your first name, middle name if provided, last name, display name, email address, optional phone number, profile photo or avatar, and notification preferences. We may also collect addresses when you provide them later for laundry orders or saved addresses; laundry order details; pickup and drop-off instructions; payment-related information handled by a payment provider; device and app usage information; messages and support requests; and social activity such as posts, reels, stories, comments, reactions, followers, following, and profile updates.

3. Information we do not require at signup

You do not need to provide an address to create a Bundravo account. Phone number is optional during signup. An address may be requested later only when you place a laundry pickup or delivery order, save an address, or use a feature that needs delivery information. A phone number may be requested later for order coordination, customer or driver contact, security, or account support needs.

4. How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, show public profile and social features, process laundry orders, coordinate pickup and drop-off, connect customers, drivers, and laundries where applicable, send notifications, provide support, improve safety and the app experience, and investigate claims, fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, suspicious activity, or policy violations.

5. Laundry order and delivery information

When you place a laundry order, Bundravo may collect and store order details, pickup and drop-off windows, selected laundry, laundry preferences, driver assignment, order status, delivery instructions, order notes, photos or proof related to the order, and order history. This information helps Bundravo coordinate service, track order progress, resolve issues, and support customers, drivers, and laundries.

6. Location and address information

Bundravo uses address and location information only when you provide it or when a feature needs it, such as pickup and drop-off, maps, delivery estimates, nearby laundries, and driver routing. Delivery instructions may be shared with the driver or laundry when needed to complete an order. Please avoid including sensitive private details in delivery instructions unless they are necessary for the service.

7. Payments

Payment processing may be handled by a secure third-party payment provider. Bundravo may store payment status, authorization or hold status, transaction references, refunds, credits, balances, and payment-related order records. If card payments are handled by a payment provider, Bundravo should not store your full card number, CVV, or sensitive card authentication data.

8. Account security and passwords

Your password helps protect your account. Bundravo support will never ask for your password, login code, or verification code, and you should not share those details with anyone. Passwords should be handled through the authentication provider or security system and should not be stored by Bundravo as readable plaintext. If you believe someone accessed your account, contact support and change your password as soon as possible.

9. Payment card safety

When payments are used, card processing may be handled by a secure payment provider. Bundravo should not store your full card number, CVV, or sensitive card authentication data. Bundravo may store limited payment-related information such as payment status, last 4 digits if provided by the processor, transaction reference, authorization or hold status, and refund or credit status. Never send card numbers through chat, comments, support messages, posts, or other public features.

10. Social content

Bundravo social features may include public profiles, profile photos, posts, reels, stories, comments, reactions, likes, followers, following, profile picture updates, and related activity. Some social content may be visible to other users depending on your privacy settings and the app features you use. Do not post private, illegal, unsafe, harmful, or copyrighted content unless you have the right to share it.

11. Private messages and support communications

Private messages may be available for communication between users. Private chats are not intended to be public, but they may be reviewed if they are reported, needed to resolve support issues, required for safety or abuse investigations, or required by law. Support messages and related account or order information may be reviewed by Bundravo support or admin tools to help resolve issues.

12. Notifications

Bundravo may send in-app, email, SMS, or push notifications for orders, pickups, deliveries, driver or laundry updates, private messages, comments, reactions, follows, profile updates, claims, account activity, security, and support. You may be able to manage notification preferences in the app where those controls are available.

13. Sharing information

Bundravo may share limited information only as needed to operate the service. This may include sharing pickup and drop-off details with drivers, order details with laundries, payment information with payment processors, data with cloud hosting and storage providers, information with support or admin tools, and information with law enforcement or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect safety, rights, or the service. Bundravo does not sell your personal data.

14. Limited access to user data

Bundravo limits access to personal information to what is needed to operate the app. Limited access may be needed for orders, delivery, customer support, safety, fraud prevention, disputes, missing-item claims, legal requests, and app security. Drivers and laundries should only receive the information needed to complete an order. Other users should only see information controlled by public and social profile settings.

15. User responsibility

Keep your login details private, use strong passwords, do not share your account with others, and sign out from shared devices. Do not post private information publicly, and do not send passwords, payment cards, Social Security numbers, documents, keys, or other sensitive information through public posts, comments, chats, or support messages unless support specifically needs limited information to help with an issue.

16. Customer responsibility for laundry bags and items

Customers should use a clean, closed, intact laundry bag and should check all pockets before pickup. Do not include cash, jewelry, electronics, documents, keys, cards, medication, fragile items, or valuables. Clothing items valued over $250 should not be included. Bundravo tracks bags and order custody, but does not track every individual item inside a bag.

17. Missing item claims

Missing item claims are reviewed and are not automatically approved. You may need to provide proof that the item was inside the bag before pickup and proof that the bag was returned without the item. Unsupported claims may be denied. If a claim is approved, the resolution may be app credit rather than cash, and credit may be limited by Bundravo or admin policy. Repeated, inconsistent, or suspicious claims may be reviewed for abuse or fraud patterns.

18. Account privacy controls

Where available, you may control profile visibility, public or private settings, followers and following visibility, reels or posts visibility, notification preferences, and other account settings. Some information may remain visible when needed to operate a feature you choose to use, such as your display name on comments or your delivery instructions for an active order.

19. Data security

Bundravo uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account, order, payment-related, social, and message information. However, no app, network, storage system, or transmission method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

20. Data retention

Bundravo keeps information as long as needed for account management, laundry orders, payments, legal obligations, safety, disputes, claims, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, business operations, and support. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is kept.

21. Account deletion and privacy requests

You may contact Bundravo support to request help with account deletion, correction, access, or other privacy questions. Some records may be retained when needed for legal, fraud prevention, payment, order, dispute, safety, security, or business reasons.

22. Children

Bundravo is not intended for children under 13. Users should not create an account or use Bundravo if they are not old enough to use the service in their location or without any required permission from a parent or guardian.

23. Changes to this policy

Bundravo may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we may show a new Last updated date. Your continued use of Bundravo after updates means the revised policy applies to your use of the app.
