Upload one official document that proves this is a real, legally operating business. Accepted proof can include LLC / Corporation registration, DBA / Assumed Name / Business Certificate, a business license or permit, or another official business document.
If your business is required to collect sales tax, upload your Certificate of Authority or sales tax registration proof.
Bundravo uses this only for business verification and payout readiness. TIN information is never shown to customers or drivers.
Laundry partners must have active business insurance before Bundravo can approve the account or send customer orders. Insurance documents are visible only to the laundry partner and Bundravo Admin.
Upload proof of General Liability insurance if available. Bundravo Admin will review it before your laundry can receive live customer orders.
Bundravo starts with a $25,000 minimum customer property coverage requirement to support small local laundries. Higher coverage may be requested later based on order volume, claims, or risk.
If your insurance covers customer clothing/property under another name, upload the COI or policy proof and Bundravo Admin can review it as equivalent coverage.
