Bundravo Terms of Use

By creating an account, booking an order, or using Bundravo, you agree to these Terms of Use and any posted service, refund, privacy, or order policies that apply to the features you use.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure, and using Bundravo only for lawful purposes. You may not impersonate another person, use the service fraudulently, or interfere with platform operations.

Bundravo coordinates laundry pickup, handoff to a service provider, and delivery back to the customer. Service availability, pickup windows, turnaround times, and coverage areas may vary by location, demand, weather, partner capacity, and operational conditions.

Customers must provide accurate addresses, access instructions, and scheduling information. If a driver cannot reasonably complete pickup or delivery because of unsafe conditions, denied access, missing bags, incorrect addresses, or repeated no-show events, Bundravo may reschedule the order, charge an operational fee where permitted, or cancel the service request.

Estimated pricing may be shown before service, but final charges may depend on actual service details, garment count, weight, add-on requests, minimums, taxes, fees, or other disclosed pricing rules.

By placing an order, you authorize Bundravo and its payment providers to collect applicable charges, including approved adjustments, credits, or refunds.

Customers should check pockets and remove cash, jewelry, electronics, documents, medication, and other valuables before pickup. Please do not place prohibited, hazardous, wet, biohazard, or unsafe items in laundry bags.

If an item needs special handling, you are responsible for disclosing that information before service whenever possible.

Order cancellations, service complaints, credits, re-cleans, and refunds are handled under Bundravo's posted Refund Policy and any related support procedures.

Claims may require timely notice, reasonable detail, supporting information, and cooperation during review. Bundravo may deny unsupported, abusive, or fraudulent claims.

You may not use Bundravo to harass, threaten, abuse, defraud, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, damage, or disrupt the platform or its users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, posted policies, safety standards, or applicable law.

Bundravo may update, suspend, or discontinue features, coverage zones, pricing structures, promotional programs, or service workflows at any time, including for operational, safety, legal, or business reasons.

Bundravo works to provide reliable service, but availability, timing, and outcomes can be affected by traffic, weather, third-party partners, operational interruptions, technology issues, or inaccurate customer instructions.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bundravo's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service or another remedy required by law or approved under Bundravo policy.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Bundravo after an update means the revised terms apply to future use of the service.
